You don’t have to fully understand civic infrastructure, lord knows I don’t, but it’s not a complex thought to look at burning man and ask “hey, where does all the poop go?” I genuinely cannot get into the head space of someone who can go to that and shrug and say “surely someone delt with it” and then be shocked when the predicable eventually happens.
